Laglösa utövare från kommunen Guan i Shandngprovinsen arresterar många Falun Dafa-utövare

Nyligen utsågs Diao Dechang från Luangcheng till direktör för polisbyrån i Guan. Han gjorde ett offentligt uttalande och påstod att han kommer att eliminera Falun Gong. Han sade att hela kommunen skulle arbeta tillsammans för att ”möta, besöka, registrera, söka efter och arrestera” Falun Dafa-utövare.

Den 27 september 2005 genomsökte polisen utövares bostäder i kommunen och arresterade dem samt spärrade in dem på interneringscenter. Centret har internerat upp till 30 utövare. Den 4 oktober sändes en grupp utövare direkt till ett fångläger utan rättegång.
