Zhao Guoyun och fem andra Dafa-utövare från Beipiao har dömts felaktigt

Zhao Guoyun, Wang Wenfu och fem andra Falun Dafa-utövare från Beipiao i Liaoningprovinsen rapporterades när de åkte till Loudian för att klargöra fakta om förföljelsen av Falun Gong till invånarna i staden. Wang Wenfu kom undan, men de andra sex utövarna arresterades. Wang Wenfu levde sedan hemlös i två månader, av rädsla för att bli arresterad. Den 15 augusti 2003, fördes Wang Wenfu bort av polisen då någon person hade rapporterat honom till polisen. Det är den sjätte gången som denne sjuttioårige man olagligt fängslas. Polisen försökte bötfälla hans familj på 3000 Yuan (medellönen för en industriarbetare i Kina är 500 Yuan i månaden), för att man skulle släppa honom, med familjen vägrade att betala böterna. Den gamle mannen hålls fängslad än idag på Beipiaos fångläger.

Den 20 augusti dömdes sex Dafa-utövare felaktigt till fängelse vid domstolen i Beipiao: Zhao Guoyun, 10 år; Sun Zheming, 10 år; Zhang Haifeng, 7 år; Wang Shoufen, 7 år; Wang Xiuying, 7 år; Xu Xiaoming 6 år.
