Falun Gong-utövaren Yang Bin från Harbin torterades till döds i Pingfangs Fångläger

Yang Bin, 36 år, var en Falun Gong-utövare från provinsen Heilongjiang. Han arbetade inom Dongan-fabriken i Pingfang-distriktet och bodde i Dongans bostadsdel. Han hade praktiserat Falun Gong i sju år då han tvingades att lämna sitt hem för att undkomma ytterligare förföljelse. Efter 2003 års Nyårshelg (månårsfirande), fängslades han olagligt och togs till Pingfangs allmänna säkerhetsbyrås fångläger. 15 dagar senare torterades han till döds och den 5 mars 2003 kremerades hans kropp. Hans familj har ingenstans att vädja eller söka upprättelse.
