Falun Dafa-utövaren Bai Sanyuan från i Gansuprovinsen dör som följd av förföljelse

Bai Sanyuan var en 38-årig bonde från staden Pingbao i Jingyuans kommun i Gansuprovinsen. Bai Sanyuan arresterades olagligt otaliga gånger och dömdes två gånger till "tvångsomskolning" för att ha varit stått fast vid att kultivera Falun Dafa. Bai Sanyuan påbörjade en hungerstrejk för att protestera mot sin olagliga internering i ett tvångsarbetsläger i över två och en halv månad. Som resultat följde därefter en ännu mer brutal förföljelse. Bai Sanyuan dog i slutet av 2002 i Kantais Tvångsarbetslägers sjukhus i staden Lanzhou i Gansuprovinsen. Hans hustru, Wang Gendi, ca 35 år och också Falun Dafa-utövare, har varit olagligt dömd till två år i tvångsarbetsläger. Deras två små pojkar har lämnats utan tillsyn och bor för tillfället hos Wang Gendis mor.
